Our roots date back to 1916, and we continue to expand as Northern Colorado develops. We see patients at five locations in Fort Collins as well as in satellite offices in Eastern Colorado, Arvada, and Wyoming. This was one of the most efficient appointments I’ve had in years. Not only that, the staff was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about customer service. I don’t remember the tech (soon to be Dr) that did my eye exam, but she was friendly, thorough and definitely an asset to the practice. I wasn’t aware I was see another physician, I was expecting to see Dr Randall Smith. So when the front desk told me I was seeing someone else, I gringed. But, I pleasantly surprised to have someone who took time to introduce himself, carefully checked my test results and didn’t seem to be so rushed.
