This was one of the most efficient appointments I’ve had in years. Not only that, the staff was courteous and seemed genuinely concerned about customer service. I don’t remember the tech (soon to be Dr) that did my eye exam, but she was friendly, thorough and definitely an asset to the practice. I wasn’t aware I was see another physician, I was expecting to see Dr Randall Smith. So when the front desk told me I was seeing someone else, I gringed. But, I pleasantly surprised to have someone who took time to introduce himself, carefully checked my test results and didn’t seem to be so rushed.

My first time visiting with Dr Kirkpatrick. I was impressed and very satisfied with the details of my vision exam.
Dr Alexis Anderson was thorough, professional, attentive and sincere about taking time to explain my diagnosis (Field Vision and Pressure checks) On the other hand, the optical department, in my opinion, has diminished with attentive to cleanliness of the sample frames; some of the frames were in disarray and the cost(range $225-$400+) was medium-high in price, although 30% signs appeared around multiple displays. While waiting to sign in and speak with an optician, I was aware that the three opticians were busy with clients and one of them was engaged in conversation that didn't apply to eyeglass logistics. I get it. The optician was friendly, yet I realize I would have to wait about 15 minutes until I was called to sit down and discuss ordering eyeglasses. So, I left.
I have been going to the Eye Center of Northern Colorado for years, most recently started seeing Dr. Rains. He listened to my concerns and did the appropriate tests when needed. I would recommend him in a heartbeat if you are looking for an OD.

I had a post surgical (surgery was performed in Salt Lake City) dilemma requiring help from my local Ophthalmologist. The office got me in right away and totally took care of me from the Front Desk, back to Courtney, over to Mark in the Optical Dept, to checking out. Every person I encountered was pleasant, eager to help, went above and beyond, with a level of professionalism that one would hope for when visiting their clinic. Came in to get new glasses for my son. Our insurance covers his glasses at 100%, but this is an unusual benefit and not easily determined by just a quick check in the insurance system. Byron helped us and went the extra mile to check our insurance coverage and make sure my son's benefit was applied correctly.

Dr Smith was fantastic. Cataract surgery in both eyes went as advertised with no issues. Follow up appointments were timely ( within the bounds of normal clinic wait periods) and complete. The results of the surgery was noticeable the day after surgery. If you need cataract surgery this is the Doctor and facility to go to.

I just wanted to say how well my appointment went with Dr Marske. I was greeted by Heather who shares my penchant for Diet Coke and was registered very professionally. Angel, the technician, then took me back for my appt. Everyone was pleasant and professional and I will enjoy going back for my nest appointment.

I work in northern Colorado but live in Denver, so when I had an eye emergency and needed help quick I called several local eye care clinics, none had the equipment to removed my Schleral lens. I had to have a physical lens removal and although I normally keep several on hand, I found that day I had none. My eye was progressively getting worse by the minute and I called Caitlyn Bright at the Rye Center at Centerea in Loveland. They were three minutes away and she had the equipment I needed. Caitlyn went way out of her way to help my and I was able to stop the pain immediately! I am so grateful she was there that day and that the clinic had what I needed on hand when no one else in Loveland did!!!

KIKI did the initial eye exam and prescription exam and occular pressure exam for me. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. She scanned my lenses in my glasses. I had not realized how off my right lens was. No wonder I couldn't seeI very well. I asked her to bring me some brochures to give to a friend who was 82 and extremely afraid of coming in to have her eyes checked because her brother had 7 eye surgeries when he was younger and she was deathly afraid to have needles stuck into her eyes. Dr. Marske brought 3 brochures about various eye diseases and explained each disease to me to tell my friend about them. He then proceeded to perform my inner eye exam and thoroughly explained what he found in my eye. He asked if I had any more questions. I did not. I got a new prescription and left. I can't say enough good things about The Eye Center of Northern Colorado! I had my exam at the Prospect office in Fort Collins, CO.
I liked my provider. I thought they were very thorough and nice. The wait time but a bit long but otherwise I was happy.
